Where do you ship?
All of Israel.
What is the expected shipping time?
In Jerusalem 2-7 business days. All other locations should expect between 4-10 business days. For Bookshelves and Metal Shelving, it can take between 5 to 30 days.
How much does delivery cost?
Orders of 500 shekel or more qualify for free shipping. Otherwise, it's 50 shekel for shipping. Doesn't include bookshelves and metal shelving.
What if I need these products sooner?
Reach out, we may be able to work something out.
Can I order in bulk?
Yes, there might be delays in getting your products.
Do you take returns?
Yes. We take all returns of unopened, unused products. All returns can be used for store credit.
The products can be returned to our warehouse in Tel Tzion, or you can call us and we can be in touch about pickup/drop-off.
Can you explain the VIP service?
The VIP service is where I come down, take the measurements of your home, and deliver all the containers and installl them. This is a no fail option, because we can guarantee your satisfaction for the containers.
